We Deliver Care (WDC) Community Safety Ambassadors

Coverage:  2nd Ave to 4th Ave  |  Stewart to University
Availability:  7 days per week  |  6 am - 9:30 pm
Access: On street and via your concierge or bldg manager

Seattle CARE Dept: Community Crisis Responders

Coverage:  Citywide
Availability:  7 days per week  |  Noon - 10 pm 
Access: Request a Communnity Crisis Responsder via 9-1-1

Services: Crisis response services for 9-1-1 crisis calls that are non-violent and non-life-threatening.

SPD Community Service Officers

Coverage:  Citywide
Availability:  7 days per week (except holidays) |  7:30 am - 10 pm
Access:  206-625-5011 or request a CSO via 9-1-1 (for urgent needs)

Services:  Referrals to human services  |  Respond to non-emergency, non-criminal SPD calls  | Community education and public safety outreach  | liaise between community and SPD

Find It Fix It App

Coverage:  Citywide
Availability:  24/7
Access:  Download from App Store Here (iOS) or from Play Store Here (android)

Services:  citizens can report a wide range of situations and conditions including unauthorized encampments, graffiti, found pets, scooter and bike share issues, street light maintenance, potholes, etc.

SPD Non-emergency 

Coverage:  Citywide
Availability:  24/7
Access:  (206) 625-5011 or online
website: www.seattle.gov/police/need-help/property-crimes/online-reporting

Services:  Non-emergencies usually do not require the presence of a police officer. Typical non-emergency crimes include shoplifting, burglary,  graffiti, property desctruction, unauthorized encampments, etc. Even if you do not need police assistance, SPD encourages you to report all crimes to help improve crime statistics and tracking.
